During the retreat, we will be practicing in a stunning, arched space at the heart of the house, equipped with all the necessary props and mats. Our mornings will start with silence and include a variety of practices such as meditation, mantra, hatha, katonah, and kundalini yoga, as well as breathwork journeys and evening breathing exercises and yin yoga. Our aim is to provide a range of experiences to help you tap into your inner voice, including both stillness and music-driven classes. We will guide you through these practices to support your personal growth and connection.
We invite you to slow down, get quiet and relax. Each day's activities vary between group classes and lots of time for yourself to do whatever feels right, whether this is enjoying the beautiful Casa Corvo property, being in stillness, reading in the garden, or going for a hike.
We implement lots of stillness and time to reflect, rest and relax.
All activities are optional, so you can participate in the practices as much or as little as you desire.
