You can expect to embark on a two-hour journey of breathing and live music in a carefully curated, spacious environment. A heart-opening experience that will awaken all the senses and make you feel alive. While the main focus of this experience is on various breathing techniques and gentle movements, the event is enriched by the presence of live musical improvisations, offering a deep meditative journey. Sound healing techniques and the cleansing of the space with Californian white sage and Mexican copal are integral and essential parts of the Breath & Live Music events.
