Breathwork refers to various techniques that involve intentionally altering your breathing patterns. There are hundreds of breathing exercises within the realm of breathwork, including slow and fast breathing, as well as breath holds, each with its own unique purpose. In a private session, we use various breathing techniques depending on the consulting conversation and the desired outcome.

Each private session typically lasts 60-75 minutes and can be conducted either in-person or virtually via Zoom. We are also happy to customize the session to fit your specific needs.
