THE BREATH ONLINE is a one hour guided breathing experience. Join us from wherever you are in the world. We combine a variety of impactful breathing exercises and techniques to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, opening the door to the magic within you. Everyone, regardless of experience level, is welcome.
The virtual experience is equally powerful as an in-person studio session, and sometimes it can be even more relaxing as you're in the comfort of your own space.

Teaching language: The primary language of instruction in our class is English, but we are also happy to provide guidance in German
Preparation: A quiet, undisturbed place with internet access. Wear a warm sweater. Bring a blanket, eye pillow, water bottle and a journal. We recommend not to eat heavy meals before practicing breathing techniques. If you can, try to stop eating 90 minutes before the workshop. Carefully read through our FAQ. If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, please reach out to us.
