  • The Performance + Resilience workshop is designed to guide participants through a journey of physiological activation, nervous system regulation, and inner resilience-building.

    The session unfolds through carefully structured phases:

    • Mindful Warm-Up: Slow movement, stretching, and breathing protocols to stimulate the vagus nerve, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and lay the foundation for deeper breathing work.

    • Breath Activation and Training: Focused breathing exercises and breath-hold training — grounded in science — to improve CO₂ tolerance, enhance resilience, and support improved sports performance and breathing efficiency.

    • Recovery and Integration: Extended recovery periods to reset the nervous system, integrate adaptations, and reinforce lasting balance and resilience.

    Participants leave with a renewed sense of clarity, strength, and connection to their inner resources.

  • These workshops are led by Matthias Hunkeler, a renowned breathwork, movement, and mindfulness instructor with over ten years of international experience and more than 10,000 students guided. An early mover in the field of breath science and performance optimization, Matthias has spent a decade studying with leading experts in breathing, movement, yoga, and mindfulness practices.

    Matthias’s approach weaves together scientific research, practical application, and embodied awareness to create highly effective protocols. His work reflects not only a deep commitment to his craft, but also a heartfelt dedication to facilitating transformative experiences — helping individuals reconnect with their innate strength, clarity, and aliveness.
